This statement outlines our privacy policy (our "Policy") and applies solely to the information collected by this web site and the Blackhawk Plaza Loyalty Program. When you use our web site or provide information to us (including by completing an entry, registration or other form), you consent to the terms of this Policy and the collection and use of the information described in this Policy. The core of our Policy is this:

Blackhawk Plaza will not knowingly release, sell, rent or trade your personally identifiable information to any third party without your permission, except as provided in this Policy and as required by law. Blackhawk Plaza considers personally identifiable information to include, without limitation, name, e-mail address, home or mailing address, phone number, birth date, anniversary date, gender, or other similar information you may provide (your "Personal Information"). In addition to the collection of your Personal Information, Blackhawk may also collect information on the domain name of visitors to our site and aggregate information of what pages on our web site users access or visit. Blackhawk Plaza is the sole owner of the Personal Information and other information collected through its web site.

We may partner with some other companies to provide some specific services, such as the newsletter for Blackhawk Plaza. In addition, we may allow retailers to use mailing lists that we have created from the Personal Information. Accordingly, we may share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third parties to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use your Personal Information except to provide these services.

Additionally, Blackhawk Plaza may share aggregate information about our users with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, merchants and other third parties, though such summary information will not identify any specifics related to you. We may use the information collected through this web site to administer web site usage and to monitor traffic levels.
